Cancellation of Subscription Websites
If you are subscribed to one of our monthly membership websites (such as Mike Reinold’s Inner Circle) and would like to cancel, you can cancel in your profile on the website. If you have any additional questions, please use the form below to contact us. IMPORTANT: Clearly state which website you would like to cancel. We do not offer refunds on paid subscriptions but will cancel future recurring payments.
For Questions Related to Upcoming Seminars:
All information regarding our courses are listed on our website on the seminar page. This includes dates, times, locations, directions, schedules, and all other information that is available to us. We are not affiliated with the locations of our events. We typically do not have a block of rooms reserved at the hotels so please try to reserve a room at or near the hotel early, hotel rooms can usually be canceled without penalty if your plans change. Before sending us a message, please double check the seminar page information. Thank you.
Is your clinic interested in hosting a seminar? If you have a large staff, we may be able to offer a private seminar, otherwise, we can offer free registration for your staff in exchange for using your facility to conduct a public seminar. Please include the following information in your request:
- Location, closest airport, and time from airport
- Size of meeting space and amount of people that can fit into room
- Availability of tables and chairs for lecture and lab
- Availability for proper AV equipment
PLEASE NOTE: We apologize, but it is difficult for us to conduct a seminar in rural areas. However, we may be able to customize a live webinar inservice for your staff. Please indicate your interest in this opportunity.
For Questions or Technical Support of Previous CDs, DVDs, and Other Products:
If you are having difficulty with any CDs, DVDs, or other physical products, please email us using the form on this page. We will normally respond to your email within 2-3 business days. There are no refunds for CDs or DVDs. If your product is defective, you may exchange for the same title. Many errors with our products are related to your computer settings so please be sure to troubleshoot any technical difficulties and try the product on multiple computers if possible.
PLEASE NOTE: Although all DVDs are checked before they are sent to you, DVDs are occasionally damaged in transit. If you receive a DVD that skips, try wiping the disc from its center to outer edge (never in a circular motion) with a clean, lint-free cloth. Dust particles are also a common cause for most playback problems. If cleaning doesn’t solve your problem, contact us below.
If customer service cannot solve your problem, we will replace a defective product with a new one if you notify us within 30 days of receiving the defective DVD (please note: defective products will be replaced with the same product; we cannot exchange a defective item for a different item).
